How to apply
Once you have read through the website you will have a better idea of which courses you would like to be considered for and what it means to be a Glyndŵr University student. Some courses require you send a portfolio of work with your application. You can find out if this applies to you by checking the course profile on the courses page, where you will also be able to check the entry criteria.
Applying through our representatives
Many of our students apply using one of our regional representatives, which can be found in a number of countries. To find out if there is one in your area, choose your country from the Countries page.
They will be able to guide you through applying to study with us, obtaining your student visa and give you advice on preparing for life as a student in the UK
Making a direct application
If there is not a regional representative in your area, you can still apply directly to us. You will need to download and complete the
International Application Form (doc format)
and return it to us, along with copies of your academic transcripts/certificates to date, a copy of your passport and details of any relevant work experience you might have, giving specific details of duties performed. Some courses require you send a portfolio; check the course profile page to see if this applies to you.
You can send your application either electronically by scanning and sending it to international@glyndwr.ac.uk or by post to the address shown below:
PP29 International Office Glyndŵr University Mold Road Wrexham LL11 2AW
To help us process your application quickly please make sure it is completed fully and all supportive evidence is enclosed. During processing time, please try to avoid telephoning or emailing with status enquiries as this will delay the application process considerably. We will contact you with our decision as soon as possible.
If you do not receive a response within two weeks then please contact your agent or if you applied directly, contact the University at international@glyndwr.ac.uk
